What this website does with your information.
A plain description of the website as it works today. It will be updated before any submission service or analytics is connected.

Simulator, form and third parties.
- 01
Simulator
Calculations run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to BIX or to any server.
- 02
Scenario carry-over
After you use the simulator, its five inputs are kept in your browser's session storage for that tab, so they can be attached to a design partner application. They are removed when you close the tab, and you can untick “Include with my application” to leave them out.
- 03
Application form
The form asks for your name, company, email and role, plus two optional fields: an approximate credit-sales or invoice-volume figure and your main collections challenge. It does not ask for financial datasets, customer data or invoice details — please don't include them. The form currently runs in demo mode: entries are checked in your browser and are not transmitted or stored anywhere. Once a submission service is connected, the details you enter — and your scenario, if included — will be sent to [submission service — to be confirmed] and used only to respond to your application. Assessment data is never exchanged through this website; see how assessment data would be handled.
- 04
Cookies & analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
- 05
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The hosting provider [to be confirmed] may keep standard server logs.
